This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales & customer service professional to join a 1st class, CQC rated “outstanding” care provider and come on board to join our exciting growth journey. 

The Sales Executive will be part of a dedicated team whose number one priority is our customers, we pride ourselves on the fact that we work as a team to ensure we achieve high standards of care. 

Working to set activity and sales KPIs you will ensure all inbound and outbound enquiry calls are managed in timely and professional manner whilst working in partnership with our care team to provide an enhanced level of customer service.

You will manage your own call and enquiry workload and ensure Trinity Home Care maintains ongoing contact and relationships with customers who are yet to start their care journey.

We're looking for someone with...

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proven excellent customer service skills
  • Customer relationship management experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft XL, Word & Powerpoint
  • B2C/B2B sales experience & working in a target driven environment

Desirable

  • Care industry knowledge would be a benefit but can be gained on the job
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Dynamics/Salesforce) or the ability to learn new systems
