Trinity Homecare are a forward thinking, innovative home care company and have created a new role for a "Marketing Manager" to join us to be part of our success story. 

The Marketing Manager will lead in raising our brand awareness and leads through a series campaigns that include working with our digital partners, internal teams, external organisations and across social media platforms. We have been early adopters of new technology across our internal operations from service delivery , recruitment and through to the sales journey introducing paperless processes  and  CRM [Hubspot].

Trinity Homecare has been at the forefront of the Care sector in recent years and during the present Pandemic with our Managing Director as a  member of the UKHCA we have regularly represented the sector on BBC Radio and Television. We are founder subscribers of the Surrey Care Association and members of the Live in Care Hub. The company has been a serial award winner for the past 4 years at a regional level including its most recent award for recruitment and retention. Trinity Home care was rated Outstanding in February 2019 by the care quality commission [CQC].

Our strategy is to become the leading provider of high quality home care services in our target markets and to double our revenue over the next 3 years . 

The purpose of the position is to:

  • Lead and develop all top of funnel marketing campaigns and activity across our business in the geographic areas we provide services to meet our growth plan targets. 
  • Work within agreed budgets to ensure the growth and profitability targets of the business are met. 
  • Increase new private pay leads into the business by developing and implementing a  strong marketing strategy that shifts our revenue mix to self funders that is fully aligned to deliver our revenue growth targets.
  • To lead on consistency with all aspects of brand messaging, maintain the design, production of all materials and tone of voice consistent with our brand guidelines.
  • Define and prioritise the insights from top of the funnel needed to achieve business and marketing goals.
  • Develop our routes to market for new private pay leads and fully manage best return on marketing budget spend notably CPA.
  • Provide input to create and innovate the overall marketing plans and budget to ensure we make the right decisions and get the best value from our marketing investment across all our channels.
  • Support and innovate on growth related activities that raise our profile in the  community, regionally and nationally whenever possible .This will include awards, outreach marketing events and campaigns alongside recruitment linked initiatives.

You will have targets which will be agreed with the Operations Director and will be reviewed quarterly.

Principal Responsibilities 


  • Lead on consistency with all aspects of brand messaging so that all our branding reinforces our outstanding CQC quality rating.
  • Our Brand Guidelines and values resonate across our business from our people through to our existing client base and all new potential customers.
  • Uphold the standards and maintain the design and production of all materials consistent with our brand guidelines and tone of voice .
  • We are recognized through our branding as the go to high quality provider for self funders. Our messaging demonstrates we understand our target audience, the key decision makers and our potential service users better than anyone.
  • All campaigns Connect with existing clients, our staff, referral partners and other professionals who trust us and we gain their lifetime loyalty.
  • Develop our Trinity USP to be industry leading, innovative and remain ahead of our competitors in this space. [Lead market shift post covid 19 in Homecare]
  • Monitor all brand campaigns along with external competitor and market activity to ensure our messaging and campaign direction remains relevant to our target audience.
  • Innovate and lead on asset creation that supports local campaigning including using  print collateral and other local community campaigns such as [Friends of Trinity] along with other newly created innovative targeted events .  
  • Create the right assets that allow Trinity Homecare to present our unique services as the preferred Homecare solution and connect with other professionals, clinical and third party referral sources as the care provider of choice.
  • Trinity Homecare services are placed as the first and safe option in front of consumers ahead of any local care home . 

Integrated Marketing Campaigns & Communication 

  • Develop and maintain a structured marketing and communications plan that supports our broader strategic objectives for internal and external audiences.
  • Build an effective PR campaign that raises brand awareness at local and regional levels through the development of a reliable base of contacts and network . 
  • All campaigns Connect with existing clients, our staff, referral partners and other professionals who trust us and we gain their lifetime loyalty.
  • All campaigns are relevant to emerging issues and trends. Create  content that is at the forefront in matters such as [Seasonal issues  /Better Outcomes /Conditions that are topical]  
  • Develop a print media campaign that connects with our target audience in new locations through print and digital format.
  • Ensure all lead attribution links with our CRM system and sales process to enable  effective cost review and track return on investment.
  • Develop campaigns to up-sell our services to our existing client base that extends their lifetime value. 
  • Develop future campaigns for new territory and to switch clients from our competitors.
  • Proactively monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and present findings with next  steps to improve any areas of under-performance in a timely manner. 

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and implement a digital strategy that enables sustainable growth using all the relevant resources  [PPC optimisation  /SEO high quality content  /UX experience /Targeted campaigns/Target segmentation and Re-marketing ].
  • Develop a social media strategy that builds our reputation /profile, supports our values and connects with a wider audience using the relevant channels. Innovate with new engaging content creation including the presentation of case studies and stories.
  • The implementation of our marketing campaigns from initial enquiry through to start of service delivery is fully aligned with our CRM system and delivers an outstanding  client sales journey that optimises client conversion. 

Customer Journey

  • Monitor and benchmark customer feedback through surveys along with [focus groups] including  Friends of Trinity to develop and enhance our USP. 
  • Present the unique emotional connection in Homecare between client and care worker that cannot be easily replicated outside of Trinity to a new audience of potential consumers .
  • Our Services are rated outstanding by CQC supported by the presentation of evidence based outcomes built into our campaign messaging and storyboard.
  • We enhance our service proposition and innovate new service solutions based on customer feedback and high quality insights .
  • Our campaigns are fully aligned with our CRM sales process to ensure every point of the sales journey exceeds customer expectations and leads to conversion . 
  • We develop a campaign strategy that increases the lifetime value of our target consumers starting with companionship .

Monitoring and measuring effectiveness  

  • Implement a marketing data collection strategy with detailed analysis that presents insights and findings to inform business investment decisions. [Dashboard]
  • Develop and maintain a robust set of key performance measures that support more accurate forecasting based on trends and analysis.
  • Maintain and develop a robust quarterly competitor review process to benchmark on price and their USP.
  • Promote the better outcomes of Homecare through the ongoing effective and inspirational presentation of case studies along with sector data based  research projects .
  • Monitor success and performance of all campaigns through structured review and analysis .[Data analytics /Competitor swot / internal external surveys ] use results to effectively benchmark performance, improve conversion and CPA.
  • Develop a process to continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing spend in order to drive out waste so that we may invest in better service delivery. 


  • Explore new Business partnerships in line with strategic objectives .
  • Product /Service management - Helping develop and innovate  future products and services.
  • Risk and reputation management - To assist with risk and reputation management
  • Ensure that client data and privacy is maintained at all times in line with GDPR legislation.
  • To work collaboratively with other parts of the business areas, services and support functions.
  • To assist the Directors in other aspects of the business as required.
  • To undertake any other responsibilities and duties as appropriate to the nature and salary grade for the post.
